EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
MAREBLU wants your purchase to be a special experience. For this, we created an Exchange and Return Policy that respects our consumer, in addition to being based on the Consumer Protection Code (Federal Law nº 8078, of 1990).
These conditions make up the contracting by adhesion clauses that you, the consumer, grant awareness and acceptance to make your purchases. Completion of the purchase consists of full agreement with the present rules.
It is important to emphasize that you must immediately refuse to receive your product if:
The product packaging is violated;
The product is malfunctioning;
Order in disagreement with the one requested in e-commerce.
MAREBLU cannot be held responsible if your order is received without the above conferences.
The way to refund the amount is at the customer's discretion, which can be a credit coupon for a new purchase at the online store or a refund on your credit card.
Bikini exchanges and returns will only be allowed with the shipment of both pieces, bra and panties, even when it is to exchange only one of the pieces.
PURCHASE RETURN / REVERSAL BY REPENTANCE
The cancellation of a purchase can be made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the day of receipt of the goods. The product must not show signs of use and/or washing, it must be in perfect condition, with the paper TAG label affixed with the seal.
The purchase return procedures must be carried out exclusively by MAREBLU online or in any physical store.
To cancel a purchase or product, the customer must access the Service link and fill out the form in the Exchanges and Returns area, which we will contact you within 1 business day.
We remind you that the product must be returned with the purchase label affixed to the item, with the purchase invoice, in its original box, or similar, sealed and without the original postage labels. Once the part returns to our distribution center, it will be analyzed by quality control within 10 working days. If everything is ok, the return process will be carried out and the refund will be processed according to the customer's choice: credit coupon for new purchase or refund on your credit card. As soon as this happens, the SAC will send an e-mail informing you. The credit card company can take up to two invoices to make the credit.
If the product does not comply with the conditions described in this Exchange Policy, MAREBLU will immediately return the product;
MAREBLU is exempt from exchanging or repairing any goods when it is proven in the technical report that the alleged defects did not result from a manufacturing defect of the product;
Under no circumstances will consumer-modified products be received (cuff adjustment, hem, etc.) and it is not even possible to use the legal opt-out option.
Collection products purchased at the Online Store may be exchanged (exchange voucher) online through Customer Service > Exchanges and Returns, or in physical stores. Exchanges in physical stores must be made upon presentation of the invoice.
Products from the Sale tab purchased in the Online Store can be exchanged online through Customer Service > Exchanges and Returns, exchanges in physical stores will not be possible.
We do not make reservations for parts.
